VICTORIA – New Democrat multiculturalism critic Bruce Ralston issued the following statement to recognize Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day:

“Today on Yom HaShoah we join together with Jewish communities in British Columbia and around the world in remembering the lives and heroism of the millions of innocent men, women and children murdered during one of the most horrific periods of human history. As we mourn those whose lives were taken in the Holocaust, we honour the survivors who bravely worked to rebuild their lives in new communities around the world.”
