On 7th July Bridgeview Community Centre hosted the festival that brings the community together every year. The event started with a barbeque and several presentations such as the renowned ventriloquist The Norma Mcknight Show and the theatre group The Re-enactors that recreates stories of Surrey pioneers with a touch of comedy.

Your MLA Bruce Ralston participated in the event and had the chance to chat with local community members as well as to enjoy some of the shows that were taking place.  Lying on the shore of Fraser river on one side and bounded by King  George Blvd on the other, the Bridgeview community counts with an industrial area and is fulfilled in its majority by family households.
